The intelligent inspection solution is highly collaborative between FLEXIV Self-Adaptation robots and Qiaotian intelligent quick-change system. Qiaotian QT20S quick-change plate, as the key physical interface between the robot and the automotive charging gun adapter head, as well as the seat function test tool, provides stable and high-precision connection guarantee for the entire system.
1. Safe Plugging and Unplugging with Millimeter-Level Precision: The plugging and unplugging detection of automotive charging ports has extremely high requirements for positioning accuracy. Facing the position differences of charging ports among different vehicle models and multiple repeated operations on the same vehicle model, the QT-020S Quick-Change Plate, with its repeatable positioning accuracy of less than 0.04mm, ensures that the position of the end tool relative to the robot body remains highly consistent, guaranteeing each switch of the robot charging gun. This lays a positioning foundation for the Self-Adaptation force control ability of FLEXIV robots and is a prerequisite for achieving stable, safe, and efficient plugging and unplugging.
